Employees, patients and visitors are encouraged to bring any concern or complaint to the attention of a manager. We will work to address and resolve the issue in a professional manner. If we do not address the issue to your satisfaction, you are encouraged to report a concern or register a complaint with the Joint Commission’s Office of Quality Management.
